I just learned that a Doctor that I know is giving Mesotherapy injections. From what I read in a quick websearch, it is a mixture of amino acids and vitamins that are injected into the skin. Cocktail also seems to contain some FDA approved drugs used for a purpose other than what they are approved for.
Benefits are supposed to include, reduction of fat, cellulite, reduction of fat pads or bags under the eye, lift in the cheek area of the face, can be used for backs of arms and decolateg (sp?) area.
This has been used for years in Europe, but just recently in the U.S. (What's new?  )
Naturally, I'm going to find out what the Doc has to say, but would appreciate any "inside" info from my friends here on EDS. 
Oh, the before and after pictures in some cases were quite impressive, especially on love handles.

I have not heard of this,but if you go for it I would be interested in how you get on and how good you think it is. Be careful, which I know you will cos you have brains and beauty. |

I will definitely be careful. Dr. Gary will have to answer ALL my questions. When he schedules me, he usually expects an extra 20 or 30 minutes over what is necessary for most people. 
I'm happy to report, using the routine that I've been following for over 60 days now, at Thanksgiving, even though I did two huge meals, I still LOST an additional two pounds!
Gotta keep it up and be in shape to wear shorts and swimsuits on that cruise!

Judy,
I have heard of this, they keep advertising some doc here in Chicago on a radio station on the way to work.
Apparently, it's the new 'it' thing rather than liposuction, not as invasive and say's it's quite effective. |
