I was wondering if I should be using CP and what does it do?
This is my routine right now. Any suggestion would be appreicated.
I have 47 (I'll be 48 on Tuesday), dry, post-hysterectomy skin always concerned with anti-aging, fine lines and wrinkles.
Murad Cleanser
Skin Prep
ADCE
Reviva Alpha Lipoic Eye Serum with DMAE and Vitamin C
Derma E Astazanthin And Pycnogenol Night Creme (love this stuff but it is bright orange)
or Hyaluronic Acid Night Cream (if I need more moisture) |

Hi Sweetpea
CPs (copper peptides) are very good for dry skin conditions and anti-aging. The copper promotes healing and renewal making the skin thicker, more moisturised etc. etc. etc. etc.
You can read all about it here http://www.skinbio.com
I think these are the best CPs, they're cheap and this man was the originator of them.
You can, as far as I know, use it alongside all of what you are using - it's only products with vitamin C that there is some question over - maybe the copper kills the C or maybe not - the jury is still out.
bye
