Hi all,
I have had excellent results with fillers, but also see the virtues of facial exercises. I've been doing some Facercise and Ageless face exercises, along with the Tanaka massage. My concern is that massage and exercise will cause the fillers to dissolve faster.

I'm sure I won't need as many fillers if I continue to do the exercises and massage. (Love, love, love the Tanaka massage!!) On the other hand, I am not about to give up my fillers. Personally, I think it's crazy to spend months trying to create a little muscle bulk, when fillers can give you an amazing result in 5 minutes. I guess it depends on the area of the face.

Anybody else combining fillers and facial exercises/massage? Just curious how it's working for everybody else.

From what I have read, exercises/massage always make the fillers disappear faster as a result so I probably would avoid them if your having fillers done. I've read many boards where people who have had them say that they dissolve quicker as a result of doing them so it would be a waste of money.

I would imagine with Tanaka that your going to stroke the areas your getting fillers in, so would think that this will also have an effect on their lifespan in your face as your moving the areas where they will be injected into.

What scares me re fillers is that they remain in the body, and from what I've read often the tissue surrounding them becomes hard.
