I'm so excited to have my first filler experience at a medispa that gets rave reviews. I have a month to "prep".
I know to avoid aspirin, fish oil & vitamin e 3 weeks before . . . but are there other supplements I should avoid?
What about foods and supplements that would help me avoid bruising and help me prepare? |

Maybe Bromelain. It is useful for swelling when taken separate from food. |

I had filler put in my cheeks on the 16th of this month and took precautions to minimize bruising: Stopped my flax oil/vitamins etc..., took Biosil, started Arnica etc...and I still bruised like crazy. 12 days later I still have some bruising left over and it has not completely faded...so even with doing all that, it is still no guarantee...but then again, maybe I would have bruised even worse! ugh!! |

Thanks Bren, just knowing that sometimes bruising can't be completely stopped is a good "psychological supplement"! |
