I swear I can feel my wrinkles forming as I sleep sometimes, is there any alternative to Botox really? |

Save My Face has pillows and gadgets to help with the skin creasing that happens when we sleep on one side of our face. That or a silk pillow. I use Silk Skin pillow cases.
Alternative to botox? Probably not. Although Retinol/Retin-A, a good Vitamin C serum and a high PPD sunscreen will help |

How old are you, what is your skin care routine now, what are you looking to achieve? Give a little more info. so we can give you some recommendations (although of course, nothing wrong with the Botox if it makes someone feel a bit better). I don't think we've got miracles, but maybe some advise to do the best with what you've got. JamieLondon of course has given some good suggestions with which I would agree. |
