I went to have a facial as i found i'm getting black heads, the lady use DERMALOGICA toner on my face saying it natural stuff it simple.
As soon as she put Toner on my face it was burning but i thought that probably normal,
anyway 15mins after leaving my face was really burning and I had to fan my face to cool it down. I went to bed woke up the next morning any my eyes and cheeks were swollen,
my face was red and burning and tingling, I also had a headache all day, for the next couple of hours i kept putting cold water on it with cotton pads, 12:30pm I decide to go in to the salon and the lady said oh it doesn't look that bad,
she asked me a few questions about myself trying to figure out what might have caused it I explained to her that I have never had anything happen to me in my life and I have used alot of different products.
She just kept saying that she has never has anyone had any reactions before I expalined my face and eyes swelling up, my face burning and my SKIN feelilng rough like sand paper.
I said to her i was thinking of going to the doctors, she said I didn't need to, she's sure it will be fine in the morning.
I went to the hospital about 4:00pm I decide to go to the hospital,the doctor saw me, gave me some steroids and antihistamines as he said it was an allergic reaction and could see the swelling.
She sent me home she didn't offer me the money back, that I paid for the facial.
It's the second day of using the medication from the hospital and I forgot to take one of medication on time ( 40 mins late),
felt my face itching, then burning.
it's been about 45 since I took them, they are not working yet, my face is now burning, itching badly, and really really rough and dry but I was told not to put anything on but water,
so been sitting with wet pieces of cotton on my face. my arms have been itchy so looked at them and saw red spots on the inside of my elbows, then remembered she did a skin test on my yesterday so they reaction is showing now! it must be the
Toner because it spots are brighter on the arm she put the toner on.
I am sitting here holding wet cotton wool on my face and trying to type, I think enough has been said ALL THIS JUST TO GET SOME BLACK HEADS REMOVED FROM MY FACE |

| It's very unfortunate that you have had this reaction - but any one of us can have an allergic reaction to anything. Just keep taking the anti-histamines - I hope you feel better soon. |

| Sorry this happened to you! I like the toner, I think it is really gentle. Dermalogica products work very well for me |
