Hi all,
When my face is relaxed my under-eye area is quite pronounced, with a line bordering the "puffy" area.
I've recently noticed that when I strain/flex the muscles under this area it instantly looks better/younger.
Is there an exercise that anyone does to maintain this effect, or work on the muscles in that area?
Thanks! |

How old are you?
If its pronounced then there are things you can do but it depends on your age. Do you suffer from puffy eyes a lot or has it only recently shown up? Now you say when you strain or flex the area it looks better so that is kind of an exercise in and of itself however I'm not sure you can actually create a physical change that resembles that permanently. However it really depends on your age and what kind of causes the puffiness. For me, if I sleep on two pillows, I always wake with puffy eyes no matter what I do (and I'm in my 70's). However my sons in his 30s and he has major puffiness in his lower lids and yet he can't sleep unless he is on 3 pillows. However men can get away with it (just my opinion here!).
