I must be getting old (and yes, I'm starting to get tons of gray hair), but I thought I just replied to a thread about gray hair. Now I can't find it!
I found the thread about changing hair from gray back to black. Someone posted that her aunt who was 55 years old started drinking black bean and black sesame powder, and her hair is starting to become black again. I really need this to happen. If I don't stop plugging out my gray hair, I will soon have no more hair.
Here's that thread:

When I was a little child, my hair is tawny, not black enough. My grandma makes a kind of mixture of black sesame powder and walnut power for me. I ate it everyday for about one year, my hair turns pure black with healthy gloss. But I'm not sure whether it can turn grey hair to black.
However, you may try it, even if it fail to turn grey hair to black, it's still good for you health. |

i bought some black sesame powder and black bean powder and have been mixing the two and drink it for a week now. Nothing to show yet. I still see gray hair when i look for it, but not sure if this is from before, or maybe just not enough time has passed since i started drinking the black sesame black bean powder.
Also, does anyone have any knowledge about the black bean powder? The one I bought says black bean powder but the color is whitish green. My friend said some black beans have kinda green flesh inside. Will this work or does it have to be completely black? |
