My skin is really dry,and sometimes I get pimples especially near my period. I have a lot of scars , blemishes and was wondering if there is a cream, pills or anything that can help me with my blemishes. Thanks |

What about a high frequency machine like the derma wand? |

If your pimples are related to your period, you might want to talk to your dermatologist and get BCP, if you feel comfortable taking them.
If not, probably using some form of Retin-A would help you.
Do you have a "fixed" skin care routing? If so, maybe you could share it with us... I'm sure many posters here will have good suggestions. |

Can you share what products you are using and what you have tried that has not worked?
It may well be worth a visit to the dermatologist if you have tried several products. |

To help with acne, the Obagi program with Retin A would probably work the best. To minimize or eliminate acne scars Skin Biology's Copper Peptides could work well for you. Do a search on both skincare lines, read the reviews and see if either one seems like a good choice for you. |

If you tend to be dry, I would stick with a localized or spot treatment. Hormonal acne can be helped with vitex and evening primrose oil.
Good Luck |
