All the discussions here are about making good cosmetics and that is great, I am eager to learn more and make my own serums.
Though the beauty is not only by what we put on our skin, but also by how our body is internally.
There are 3 things that I am very interested in, I have researched them for long time but still have questions myself. So I wanted to see whether you guy know anything about it.

1) water alkalinity. There is this machine called Kangen water the machine is so expensive it cost 5000$, I am not advertising the machine because I will never buy the machine as there are alternative choices for way cheaper. In a nutshell the machine divides the water into acidic water (death water) and alkaline water (alive water).
The death water has a low ph very low and is great for its healing properties. If you have acne you can use the death water as a toner, if you have any sores or rashes or whatever you may have you can heal 100% with the water, in fact in my research I read that some hospitals in China or Japan (where the product originated) they have hospitals in which they use the death /acidic water mainly. There are even videos online of how the water heals. It’s crazy.
The alkaline water is amazing its PH is 7 I believe which is the perfect ph but not only that the water makes your whole body alkaline and there are many videos where it shows how it heals the body. It was a while ago that during my research I saw videos of people who have parasites in their bodies and it shows how by drinking the water the parasites die and they are clean inside. (Speaking of parasites, it is fact that every other American, or I might get the number wrong but it is very common that people have some kinds of parasites living in their bodies). It is scary, but a fact.

2) Kombucha
Kombucha , is amazing too, though like I said I am not an expert t either. You can find kombucha In every health store and it sells for almost 4 $ a bottle. You are supposed to drink half bottle a day to receive its benefits. Kombucha supports:
Digestion, Metabolism, Immune System, Appetite Control, Weight Control, Liver Function. Body Alkalanity, Anti Aging, Cell Integrity, healthy skin and hair and More.
What it is a mushroom, but not the mushroom you see. It is like an organism that grows you feed it with sweet tea and It produces the kombucha tea which is very old and ancient.

3) Are you familiar with Dr Hulda clark? Google her name, she has many books written, Poor woman died last years.
BUT she is all about natural, healthy, and making your own stuff. She actually has this device called the Zapper which Is on the website as well, and It sells. This device basically heals everything and it works with electricity. It is so interesting.. There is so much but I cant write it everything

SOOO Smile here is homework for everyone, if you are interested in any of the above , as I am and I constantly search for information, let’s explore together so we can all learn.

Or even better if you own or do any of the above share your experience. Let us be helpful to each other. I believe in those stuff and would love to learn everything about them Wink) Would You?

I got to say Hulda Clark is not a good source, as if you google her, you can find all manner of court cases etc she's been involved in. She uses the title "Dr" in a medical context despite having no medical qualifications. (She has a PhD in crab physiology gained in 1958 and a mail-order degree in Naturopathy.)

Sorry but I know people who have uncureable diseases will want to try anything, and this woman is just out to make a fast buck in my eyes.

Hulda Clark is no longer among the living.

She was brilliant IMHO & I have personally benefited greatly from her research. (although I would say that her books suffer from poor editing)

I was interested in water alkalinity too as I saw advertisements for it but I did a quick google and it was basically dismissed as another health food craze that is selling by way of baffling science. Then again I didn't understand the dismissive sides's science either..
There is also water with smaller molecules selling too, billed as better absorbed by the body.

The most interesting thing I have found out about water that I want to do smthng about is removing the fluoride. In the state I am in the govt puts it in the drinking water but apparently it is not the best thing. It is a controversial subject but I think I am coming down on the side of not wanting it in my water. I need a filter to get rid of it.

Would you mind sharing how you benefited from her stuff?

I know I tried a couple of the things she suggested and made myself really ill. Also my hubby had cancer, and I was going to follow her recommendations for it, and luckily mentioned it to a friend who put me wise to it. There is absolutely no backing to almost all of her stuff. She claims to be a dr, but isn't a qualified medical one, and was an unlicensed naturopath (which in itself speaks volumes). Also if her stuff really worked so well - I would think there would be a lot more testimonies to it than complaints.

She seemed to have written a book "the Cure for All Diseases" and forgotten about the biggest one that we all suffer from - namely death. Do we know how she died?
