Hi guys,
I need to find catalogs for my mom. She wants to buy some clothes, and enjoys catalog shopping. She likes Brownstone Studios, but I can't seem to find their catalog on line anywhere. Perhaps they were purchased (again).
My mom's special need is that dresses be either front-buttoning or slip on. She cannot handle back zips any more. Yes, she knows about zipper helper things. But she says they help you draw the zipper up, but not down.
She is around a petite size 12.
Thanks a lot for your suggestions!

Hello!
I must admit I have not heard of Brownstone clothes. However, I did want to post a note saying Lands End is a company that often carries dresses that button up the front...and so does LL Bean. Both have internet ordering websites along with paper catalogues and if you call or email them they will send one out.
I hope this information will be of some assistance to you!

Thank you, myamax and leggy, those are good suggestions! It's very hard finding easy-to-get-into clothing. I tried everything to get my mother to stay supple, but I guess it's an "I'll do it tomorrow" sort of thing, and tomorrow never comes, so the exercise or PT is never done.
Best,

Thank you for these. It's odd, when I go to 'FashionSpecialists request a catalog' all they have is Old Pueblo Traders Summer Clearance 2009.
It used to be good when there were lots of catalogs. My mother used to buy lots of good stuff from these. Now not only do you have to depend on going on line, but there is less of the appropriate apparel.
Even if I take my laptop for a visit, it's not at all the same as being able to leisurely page through a catalog.
And as for B&M stores, here we are in NY and it's really hard finding a dress that is easy to get into (and out of) for arthritic arms.
Thanks again for your idea, ladies.
xx

Hi Pluto, You might want to take a look at this clothing catalog as well (Blair). They've got the online listings and everything, but you can also order the paper catalog as well.
Hope this helps!
