hallelujah for springtime.
rough, prolonged winters wreak havoc on my skin.
then the weather gets better, and it's as if my skin becomes a living, breathing organ again. it begins drinking up moisturizer, tone gets more even, texture becomes less rough.
i'm very happy with my skin right now and i'm sure it's just the effects of the weather!
anyone else want to join in to praise their skin when it's not snowy and windy outside? just thought i'd be a little optimistic here for a good moment, since a lot of what we do on these boards is complain about our skin!

I'm very glad to share the spring excitement with you, but here in Florida the weather doesn't change drastically enough in winter to damage our skin. |

LOL I am even further south in Sunny Florida and those are my sentiments exactly, really not much of a change from season to season, we have hot and hotter! |

I can relate to the weather change - I'm thrilled to have warmer weather and I adore spring and the added moistness in the air is a positive change.
How can you feel bad when it's so beautiful outside? |

Yes, Springtime elevates mentally as well as physically. I lived in a climate once without seasons and I lost that distinct sense of appreciation. Spring seems particularly poignant to the senses, for me anyway. |

Totally agree - this is the best time of year, more fresh air and the heat gets turned off. |
