At the modeling school where I work. On Saturday! And I'm nervous!
I'm not really a teacher. I'm the receptionist who just loves makeup. So they're giving me the chance to teach makeup application, and skin care is part of the class too.
The school will provide some products for the students to use for facial masks, depending on skin type.
Does anyone have any recs for other subject areas I should cover? I'll have about 2 hours to fill. |

Who usually teaches this? It would seem that students would expect the instructor to have a professional credential to teach the class. They really should provide some form of training for you and give you a syllabus of expected topics to cover.
I'm sure you'll get up to speed enough to pull it
off since you seem so interested. good luck. |

Thank you so much! I totally agree with you on the bolded. But the head of the school just gave me a few tips about the face masks and then said Google the rest. |

Wow... Be upbeat and confident - that's the best tip I can give you. If you can put the mask recipes on bright paper to give out - they'll love you for that too. It'll look cheerful and they'll love taking something home with them. |

So can you believe this?! I get to work on Saturday and the boss says I'm off the hook. She got someone else to teach, a former instructor who hadn't been there for 4 years. In a way, I was relieved. In another way, not. |
