I have been using the following mixture of oils at night: Jojoba, macadamia nut, avocado with less rosehip and a little squalane added. I want to add evening primrose oil as well. So what oils do you prefer to use and why? Are there any oils that should not be mixed? And is it ok to add Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate to these oils following use of retin-a (a 20-30 minute wait time)
Secondly, I read somewhere on here that cerave pm is a great base cream. What do you mix it with? Can it be mixed with my oil mixture? |

I've used Cerave regular cream as a base for actives. - Most recently added green tea to a 1oz batch.
I would not mix in the oils. There's really no point in doing that. You can still use both just wait a little between. |
