I was thinking about buying some Vitamin K (phytonadione). I was wondering would it suffice to just apply the Vitamin K to my skin. Or does the vitamin K have to be suspended in some kind of serum formula?
Thanks |

You can try it. I do this all the time with Vitamin C and Hydroquinone. I rub the Vitamin C powder into my wet skin. With the Hydroquinone, I put a few grains of the Hydroquinone and a few drops of Witch Hazel in the palm of my hand and mix it. |

I don't know if it's absolutely necessary, but I'd use a serum. To me it seems like that would make it easier to ensure that I was treating my skin evenly. With just using crystals I'd be concerned about overtreating some areas and missing others altogether. |
