Have anyone used this toner? I bought it because of the ingredients. I think the ingredients is good. But I hope that some experts here will comment on it. I really like it myself. It is like thin gel. I do not need to use the cotton ball to apply this toner.
Ingredients: Purified Water, Wild Ginseng Extract, Green Tea Extract, Echinacea Extract, Seaweed Extract, Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Sodium Alginate, Tocopherol, Beta-Carotene, Micellized Beta-Carotene, Cyclomethicone, Ginkgo Biloba, Chamomile Extract, Natural Fragrance Oils, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Carbomer. It also written on the box that PH 5.5.
