I just got a message from essentialdayspa saying that my order has been cancelled due to that they are not allowed to ship to Italy according to the italian custom rules! Sigh!
 
I was waiting for my product that you can't find in Italy and I am so in love with my Vit C from Skinceuticals and my new order consited in new Skinceuticals products............. |

Eeek! Sorry to hear that - Italy must be getting a bit worried about the state of their retail if they have taken to blocking parcels from other countries.
It might be worth checking if it's a particular brand that cannot be imported in, or if it's just skincare in general. If it's the former then perhaps you can re-order without the "offending" brand and still get the other stuff you want....  |

yeas you are right...but to get an answer out of the italian custom..one or a thousand different.. "fourtunatly" I'm swedish so the second solution would be to have them ship the parcel to my parents in sweden (also I'm going home for Christmas  )and then ask them to send them to me in an other parcel or bringing the products with them when then come to visit........... |

Yeah, I guess you might get the run around with customs. Well, I guess the only option is to get it shipped to your parent's place and bring it home with you after Xmas.
If you do end up calling up customs though, try to find out if it's parcels from companies that they are blocking or ALL parcels with skincare (or whatever specific brand). Basically, find out what would happen if it was a private parcel (say from your parents to you) that had skincare in it, rather than an "order". |

| You can have the order it and send it to a family member outside of Italy, and then have the family member send it to you. That is allowed. I used to live is italy. |
