Im using my microdermabrasion flannel twice a day although I dont "scrub" but just use it lightly at the end of cleansing as its fantastic for smoothing my skin. Is this too much though? I recall that when I bought the cloth it was suggested using it maybe 3 times a week, but I get such great results I cant bear the thought of not using it each day. |

Sorry I don't have an answer for you but was wondering what a microdermabrasion fannel is? Do you know how is it different from the Epidrmix microdermabrasion stuff? |

A microdermabrasion flannel/cloth is looks a little bit like a dish cloth! Take a look at
www.lookgr8.co.uk to get an explanation as to how they work. I was reluctant to use it at first, so started by using it on my arms and thighs. You have to make sure you rinse them well and wash occasionally in very hot water, but you should not use fabric conditioner. I used it on my face a few months ago and love it, it makes my skin feel wonderfully clean and smooth. I tend to suffer from greasy, bumpy skin, but since using the flannel its so much better, despite years of trying all sorts of products to exfoliate etc. I am going to order another one, use that one on my body first, then use on my face after a few washes as I think they do soften slightly after a while and dont want to risk my face being too sore and red. |

Hi there
I'm using it, I also bought it from lookgr8.co.uk and am really pleased. I've used it in conjunction with their glycolic acid, apparently the acid loosen the dead skin and the flannel removes it. I haven't tried it every day, but I think they say if you overuse it you risk having more pimples because it ovestimulates the sebuum -or something along these lines!

I use mine morning and day now but only very gently. It is about 6 months old and I was very careful when I first got it as I over did it a bit! My cloth is now very soft. I'm reluctant to get a new one in case I do myself damage! |
