Hi, I have had a positive experience with Hydroderm. I decided to try the free sample after I saw it advertised in one of my magazines, I think I had to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling, I don't remember for sure and I did have to give them my credit card number. I tried it for 2 weeks and my supply was still going strong, so I called the 800# and asked them to postpone the next shipment. There was not a problem. I also wanted to see if I could get it for a cheaper price and I did, they have a special of buy one get one free if you ask for it. Also you can call or go online anytime to change the date of your next shipment, so they are just not charging your credit card and sending you more than you need and you can cancel at any time. I have noticed a difference in my fine wrinkles around my eyes, forhead and smile lines. I am 38 and look young for my age anyways, but wanted to do what I can to slow the process. I think it's working and will continue to use it. I use it twice a day. When I first got the sample, I was using it on my husband too, who works outside for a living, so gets a very dark tan and has more wrinkles around his eyes, he's 39 and I could definetly see a difference in his wrinkles. So, I just wanted to let you know of my positive experience, since all I really saw was negative reactions to Hydroderm. |

Glad things worked out well for you. With all the negative posts on customer service with this product I would never give it a try. So many people have been taken and lost money with this product. |

Unfortunately for some reason I did not do research before ordering this sample product. I guess it will be a lesson well learned. I just ordered a sample produce for free, and then it asked if I would like another eye product for $2.95. I said yes and clicked submit - well I was charged $19.95 for the $2.95 product and very expensive shipping. I have done everything that I could figure out to cancel membership, shipment, etc.. and it will not allow me to do so. I have notified my credit card company, and hopefully it will be taken care of. This is really bad customer service. It would be very interesting to know if Florence Henderson (who is pictured on their homepage) knows what she is representing... I am considering getting a website going against this fraudulent business, and also letting some friends know in the newspaper business what contacts or influence they might have. I'm not sure how the owners or management of Hydroderm can live with themselves when lowering themselves to such extremes to make a buck. |
