I am 51years old and my nose has broken out in amaze of small pimples. I have been told by a beautician that I have fragile capillaries and to use Sothys. I bought a sample bag and have been using it for a week. not sure if there is a great improvement yet.
Has anyone else had this problem? What products did you use?
Thanks

It sounds like you may have Rosacea ... I don't know Sothys or whether it would be at all useful, but the first step is probably to see a dermatologist. |

Thanks Bellablue. I had acne rosacea many years ago and was treated by a dermatologist then. Looks like I may need to see one again. |
