| I just started drinking green drinks, mostly spirulina and chorella 10g daily with lemon juice and my skin is REMARKABLE. I also take 3g fish oil, 3 tbs organic molasses with lemon juice, and extra 4000mg of vitamin C daily and 15 drops of greapeseed extract in water. My skin has never looked this great! and my dark circles are FINALLY fading. I am also doing using vitamin c serum and retin a with dermaroller on my circles as well with occasional 40% glycolic acid peel. such improvement!! |

That's fabulous Tasha! Thanks for sharing those great tips.
Just to be sure, is that 3 TBS of molasses every day? I had no idea that molasses was beneficial. |
