Try a search for concealer (in title only). You will find lots of posts. |

Hi Augusta, I've only ever used one, but I like it: Josie Maran's. It's not so creamy that it moves all over, making it hard to get the spot covered, but not dry either.
It melts into the skin so it's easy to 'blend' - I just tap it in. It lasts all day too.
I'm fair and got the 'Creme' color and it's a wonderful match. Right now I'm using the Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation - which is very sheer so I needed a concealer to cover up the effects of this horrendous purge I'm going through after starting the OCM.

Hey Augusta!
I used to use the MAC concealer, which is nice, but it wasn't so good for my skin. I had problematic acne but the concealer blended well and lasted all day.
I did find something I liked much better. Benefit's Boiing doesn't irritate my skin. Like the MAC, you use very little of it. I take some with my finger and then warm it up a bit between two fingers (you would have to do the same with the MAC one) and then apply on your spots. Then dab to blend. It blends pretty effortlessly. So far I see no problems to the product. The only downfall I know of is that it comes in two colours: a lighter No 01 and a darker No 2. My skintone is around an NC30 for MAC (usually, since our skin tones change with the seasons) but the No. 2 Boiing worked well for me all summer long.
I bought Benefit's "Confessions of a Concealaholic" tester book thing. It's adorable and you should check it out It has both Boiing No 1 and No 2 as well we Erase Paste which is a concealer for your undereye. In the spring, I had to do two dabs of the No. 1 and one dab of No. 1 concealers to get the right colour for my skin. I suggest you try this first. |

That's alot of product for 38.00. The no.1 looked a little light for me. I get confused on what my skin tone is. The no.2 in the kit would be more my color I think. Thanks for info. |

Cle de peau is the best one I've ever tried. It's really pricey for a concealor but if you think of the amount of money you have to waste to try out many other ones then it's really worth it!. |

I agree 100%! Not very moisturizing, but stays in place for a whole day, covers well, lasts a long time - I use it almost every day and it lasts me more than a year!
DarkMoon, have you tried the mineral concealer from RaisenImages ? I'm waiting for my sample. I doubt it can beat a CdP conealer, but I'll give it a try. |

Are their colors hard to figure out from Cle de peau? |

Hi RussianSunshine,
I actually used the extreme as a counselor, I have naturally moist under-eye area so I don't get the drying. I also don't have very noticeable dark circles so I don't find it difficult to find a concealer that covers well! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

My fave is Bobbi Brown Corrector.
I use it to cover my dark circles.
The best I've found to date - and
I've tried quite a few. |

augusta, they have only 3 or 4 colors, so that's easy. I have very light skin and use IVORY tone.

Bobby Brown concealer is my second best. It's very good but much creamier than the Cle de Peau one. |
