I got some of my grades back today. My boyfriend promised me a gift for every A I got..He better get to the mall before it closes!
Business A-
Marketing A-
Computer systems A
I'm still waiting for 2 more. One I'm pretty sure is an A or A+ and the other I think is a B+
I just had to brag, I'm so happy! |

Thanks everyone!
I was so scared to go back to school after being out for so many years. I guess I'll continue next year and eventually get my BA. I better get some scholarships to pay for it!
Chimera,
easy courses? ...I don't think my classes will be easy.
I've got:
intro accounting (math yuck!)
business math (math yuck!)
business statistics (math yuck!)
management essentials
computer business systems (it'll be easy) |

Congratulations! That means you deserve to treat yourself! A nice relaxing massage or facial would do the trick!
I think you'll deserve a double treat after next semester. I've done all of those courses and they were fine but my sincere sympathies to you for having to do business stats |

congrats!
It is hard going back to school...I'm nearly 40 now and half way through my 3rd year and it's a killer! I know however that it will be worth it in the end and I read the stuff I wrote 2 years ago and think...'whow, that's rubbish!'. Just glad I don't have to do mathematical analysis!
Now...back to my own dissertation... ...yes...I am actually studying at this very moment...I'm not shirking...honest

I'm taking a one year business certificate, but I'm going to change for the 2 year diploma and then if I'm still doing well go into human resources or something like that |

hey, i am doing human resources now
I really like it. It is different that IT, which i studied before, and you actually talk and deal with people instead of machines.
I am in canada, and you can even do HR certificates once you graduate. I am sure in US, they also have the same type of certificate.

i'm in vancouver. I see that BCIT has a post diploma certificate for human resources. The college I'm at now is planning a BA in business with a human resources option. If it's ready when I graduate I'll probably do it. |
