Hi everyone! Just ran into this forum as I was researching some skin care. I need a regimen and some recs would really be appreciated. I am 33 years old and I have very normal skin (neither oily or dry). My big issue is that since I turned 30, it seems like I breakout in big horrible hurty whiteheads that scar; at least one, sometimes two at a time. This occurs nowhere near my monthlies. I'm using drugstore stuff at this time, but would like to find something to eliminate my issue, and also start in with anti-aging. I'm using BE makeup exclusively. Thank you so much for listening to me ramble!

Hi Trish,
Welcome to the forum. A little more info please  Do you exfoliate regularly? If not then this might be an issue as the dead skin cells can block pores. I would suggest adding a product with glycolic acid in it but shall wait to see what exfoliating products you use and how often.
ETA: When you say "whiteheads" do you mean big pimples with puss on top or hard bumps under the skin that don't look like pimples at all? |
