| I am curious if anyone of you heard of vitex and how effective it is in treating hormonal breakouts? I've been taking it for 2 weeks now and it's hard to say if I have results, as it takes about 3 months to see improvements. Vitex is supposed to normalize hormonal imbalances and therefore is supposed to improve acne caused by hormones. |
