I've been reading all the posts for quite some time now. I can't find myself to get started because of all the info.
I would appreciate if I can get answers to my questions about before and after rolling( recipes of serums and masks)
Thinking that this can be called a step by step dermarolling.
1)What kind of roller are you using(to stimulate collagen)?
2)before rolling serum or mask(and recipe pls)
3)any serum for rolling?
4)after rolling care(serum or mask)
5)how often are you rolling?
Thanks a lot to everybody willing to help me out .

I will tell you what I've been doing the past few months and I got my info by picking and choosing from what I've read here, and it works for me. After cleansing, apply CP(SkinBio)Serum then my Ra, roll with a microroller .5 or.25 dampen my hands rub them on my face to thin and spread any remaining RA, massage til water is gone. Follow with my Esterol cream .3% and Elta moisturizer 4-5 days a week. Every 4 weeks numbing cream on a clean dry face (spread generously) wait 15-20 min.wipe off use 1.5 Dermaroller on naked face. Wipe off the blood moisturize with ELTA as needed. no makeup for 24hr just Sunscreen and moisturizer.
The first one is for product delivery the second one is for collagen stim. Actually I like to use my led after I wipe the blood off and before I moisturize. It makes me feel like I'm really stimulating that collagen! |

Apologize for my ignorance, but what is RA?
Is Elta for dry skin?

| Retin A, and the Elta is a real basic moisturizer ,I had an eye peel and the Dr. had it in my after care kit. I really like it. I mostly use it at night of after the Big dermaroll. I like that new Suzanne Sommers certified Organic moisturizer for daytime. Elta is greasy. |

| never used Retin A. I'm always in the sun and I'm being afraid that my skin will become more sensitive than already is. |
