Hey, Im thinking of asking santa for a pair of toning shoes for my christmas
As far as I can see there are 3 main brands which all do fairly normal looking shoes now, MBT, Fitflop and reebok easytone.
Theres too much info on the internet and im just looking for some good impartial opinions on which are the best.
Thanks guys |

There are also Sketchers which does some toning shoes and Kelly Rippa advertises some though cannot remember that brand. Also New Balance which I have just got.
Can't say I have noticed much difference at all tbh although I have only been using them for 2 wks..
I needed some new shoes to walk around in though so might as well have tried them.. |

I have had the MBTs for about two years.
Pros:
They just feel good to walk in. I feel like I am gliding.
I really can tell that they help with body alignment. My knees and back hurt less when I wear them.
As far as toning, I feel most of the difference in my calves.
Cons:
I think they are ugliest of the toning shoes out there.
Good for walking not running. I think this is true for most of the toning shoes.
So, I will continue to wear not really because of the toning, but because they make my body feel good when wearing.
Hope that helps! |
