I work in a medical office in British Columbia Canada. I get hourly wage. Our office is closed from Dec. 24th and reopens on Jan. 4th. This year Christmas and New years falls on a Saturday (days that I don't regularly work because I work full time Mon-Fri) Would I still be entitled to stat pay for these two days? |

Yes, you should be paid for the Stats - Christmas and Boxing Day.
As long as you have been employed for 90 days at your current office, you should be paid. |

It seems you are being compensated for all the stats that fall on the weekends. 25 & 26 Dec gives you the following Mon & Tues, and Jan 1 falls on Saturday, so you get the Monday (3rd Jan) as well. And back to work on Tuesday. |
