Hi there, i got access to pure mequinol crystals (methyl ethyl eter hydroquinone).
I wanted to make a bleaching cream, just to remover some hyperpigmentation in legs and arms that i got for years, i do not want to bleach my entire body, just get rid of this hyperpigmentation.
I been reading a lot of papers (scientifical readings) about mequinol formulation, when uses 50:50 ethyl acohol / propyleneglycol.
Do you know some better iidea for mixing this compund with a better carrier? |
