ok to put on my skin? is this the same stuff that is in HA serums? or is it in 100% pure form and shouldn't be used at full strength? I notice most skincare products only have 1% HA in them. thanks |

From http://www.makingcosmetics.com
Use: Typically used at 0.1 - 1%. Hyaluronic acid is not readily soluble in water as it binds water very quickly forming a gel. Hyaluronic acid needs to be carefully sprinkled into the water under constant high-speed stirring (preferably with a hand mixer or vortex mixer). The mixture starts then thickening quickly and becomes a gel. At the point no additional hyaluronic acid can be added as there is no water left for hyaluronic acid to be dissolved in (additional hyaluronic acid would only form lumps).
There are other DIY sites listed in the recipe index that sell it. You can purchase powder or liquid, I would be careful about supplement forms due to additives. |

Hi - I would just take these as internal supplementation - that is what they are intended for anyway. Internal use can promote numerous healthy benefits. If you want HA topically there are some great options. |
