Im 14 and always look after my skin , i dont sunbath and i mositurise regularly but i have these rings on my neck and just under my collar bone .I am slightly chubby and sleep on my side and some say that having large breast contributes ( if so that counts me in xD) for some reason . Do you have any tips or do i just need good posture , mositurise regularly and if it would help loose weight , im trying to anyway. |

If you read in bed, the angle you hold your book can make your rings more pronounced. Definitely posture has a lot to do with the rings on our necks. I looked at a photo of myself as a kid and I was born with them, and always read in bed, so the rings were always there. But changing posture, and light weight lifting and consciously changing the angle you hold your book to read so your chin is raised instead of lowered should help. It is not an over night change. Expect change of habits to take more than a few months to make them stick. Be patient with yourself. |
