I sing a lot and practice a lot, and unfortunately, I don't know why. I super use my corrugator muscles, and it's not a pretty sight when I"m singing. So any ideas on how to train them to not work when I sing? I dont feel them move, but I see them. So my body awareness is not that great. I could use frownies but they're expensive for short period of time use. Any other kind of tape or way of training these muscles to relax when I sing, would be helpful Thanks
