I know there is some exercises that you can do to help improve the face however I'v never tracked any down. Besides, I struggle with the thought of any form of exercise these days. Anyone know of any exercises and wants to share them |

Hi Cindi, funny you should mention facial excercises as I've (2 weeks ago) attended a seminar given by Cynthia Rowlands. With this programme you build up the excercises adding two new ones each week. Right now I'm starting week 3 and it only takes about 5 minutes. At the end of 9 weeks, the entire routine doesn't take more than 25 minutes. After 9 weeks, you continue with the exercises 3 X's week to maintain.
So far the results have been amazing! I've been doing the brow-lift one and the jawline and I'm noticing the eyes are more "open" and the jawline is definitely firmer.
You can check out her website and see some before and after pics here:

Anya,
I just pulled out my Cynthia Rowland tape last night to supplement my present regime. In the video she looks really good..firm eyes,,no nasal labial folds..just tight firm skin.
After watching the video and seeing her stressing not pulling on the delicate eye area, it made me a little nervous because the program I have been doing has alot of pulling in that area. I've been afraid to do it very much but this is the one area that I can't seem to get to respond. I'm torn between thinking the little bit of pulling I've done is damaging the skin and thinking maybe it hasn't responded because I am so afraid to really work the area.
There was a facial exerciser visiting and answering questions on the YTF board and it seems she recommends some pulling (for resistance) in this area too.
Aside from the eye area, I've had great results. Thought I'd try some of Cynthia Rowland's to possibly help the eye area. Her program is very easy to learn and keep up with.
I use Flexeffect mostly though because it's like pulling out the big guns. |
