I bought the Saje AromaWell Diffuser last week becuase it has promotion ~$15CAD off, after discount was ~$44CAD. it is an Essential Oil nebulizer. When I use in the first time there are very litter steam coming out, need to wait for 10 to 15 mins before seeing more steam coming out, second after functioning for 30min the diffuser becomes very hot and it is pretty noisy !! 
Today, I went back to the store and asked for an exchange; the customer service is very bad, and said it is NORMAL !!! But I said it is very different from the display, and finally she agree to exchange for me (one reason that I bought this brand b/c it said the diffuser has LIFEtime warranty). and tonight, I test the diffuser, there was NO steam coming out at all after i turn the diffuser on for 30mins !!!!
I was very disappointed with the customer service and the product QC !!!
I am thinking to refund it (but I have bought few essential oil) !!!    |
