| Does anyone know any non surgicial ways to remove skin tags and more importantly prevent them from coming back? |

| I've not had any skin tags since about 13 years ago when I stopped eating refined & processed foods. All I did to get rid of them was to shave them off (they were mostly on my neck, one on the jaw bone). For prevention, you can support healthy cell growth by eating lots of green leafy vegetables, whole grains, omega-3 supplements, walnuts & almonds & lots of water. And avoid processed & refined foods! |

| Thanks, havana. I thought it was either Winnie or Arielle. Weird how the guard changes -- I only recognize a few posters from back then. there were some very cool ones -- as is wise and nice. I'll just have to pay attention to discern who the cool youngsters are! |
