Hello,
As most of you know I have a small * spam alert * to buying foundations. I will start by saying that I am VERY happy with my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer and primer and it has been the only one I have been using this summer...but...this weekend I was walking through Target and I saw this new foundation called True Blend Whipped foundation from Cover girl. The packaging reminded me of one called Moisture Whip that I used long ago and have been trying to find for the last year (its discontinued). I thought I would give it a try and HOLY COW am I glad that I did. The coverage is flawless....it feels like nothing on at all and it blends like nothing I have seen. The coverage is so complete but I can still see my skin through it. I only used a little bit on the areas that needed coverage (nose,undereye,scars) but I am truly amazed. If you are looking for a foundation give it a try. I bought buff beige and i'm happy with it. |

Thanks for the review! While I'm not a total foundation addict, I do cave sometimes as I walk through Kmart 
Is this a full coverage foundation? Sorry, I'm not too clear when you say it's complete but you can still see the skin through it. I tend to like pretty light coverage foundations. Should I stay away from this? |

| Its hard to explain...it covers better than my MAC Studio Fix but it isnt cakey...I put it on with a foundation brush so I only use a tiny but and hit the areas that need it. I dont use it all over my face. For my scars and under eye circles I added a little more after it set and they are totally gone. So I would say it has "buildable" coverage...which I like. I would also suggest it for people with oily skin...it has stayed fresh and pretty shine free all day (even in this 110 degree heat). |
