I was browsing through the web tonight when I came across a link describing health and beauty therapy. It focused on this thing called YaksonMyungga bone therapy. It basically described how one can make their face shorter through this bone massaging and exercise therapy. Here is the exact text from it

''Have you ever dreamed of reducing the size of your face to look like a supermodel or Hollywood star? Your dream may now come true thanks to YaksonMyungga's unique Bone Therapy.
Originally invented in 1979 by Byeng Cheoul Lee, the president of YaksonMyungga, Bone Therapy stimulates efficient blood circulation by relaxing bones and skin. This aesthetic therapy is very effective in attaining a smaller face and beautiful facial structure through a holistic approach. It has received recognition all over the world as a therapy that can promote beauty and health. In 2009, YaksonMyungga opened a branch in Tokyo, and its inventive therapy soon attracted many customers because of its tremendous results in making faces smaller without resorting to plastic surgery. Finally in 2010, YaksonMyungga opened its first New York branch.
YaksonMyungga in New York offers over 20 aesthetic care programs using the Bone Therapy method, which fixes bone structure, contours, firms, slims, relaxes, and beautifies skin. Among the various programs, the following three should be noted: Unequal Face Care, Face Reduction Care, and Curved Legs Care. For those who want a healthy and beautiful face, Unequal Face Care is an ideal treatment. By treating the pelvis and face, it fixes bones that have been modified by an unhealthy lifestyle. Face Reduction Care not only reduces the size of your face, but it also brings back an even facial structure and elastic skin via facial care as well as abdomen and back care. In the Curved Legs Care program, YaksonMyungga treats the patient's backbone and pelvis with its own therapeutic technique and straightens curved legs. To know more about YaksonMyungga's holistic treatment and their services, go to their website.''

Has anyone heard of this before? If so, what exact benefits does it bring? And could anyone explain the exact massages/exercises one should do?

Basically what I'm asking is for anyone familiar with this programme to outline exactly how it helps one self, and if possible could you describe each specific exercise to do? Smile

Thank you in advance Smile

Well it sounds like it’s a therapy/treatment you have to go to a centre to have done, so I’m not so sure its something you can do yourself if that’s the case. I’ll have to look it up though.

I found this on youtube, the demonstration starts after the short intro:

Also, for the next one, skip until the demo:

Here's a blog by someone who got a free treatment:

Very pricey.
The following short video shows the intensity needed:

Their sites would need help translating. Mainly a lot of publicity. Everything connected to this seems to be to sell the service. No private, independent review (by a person who paid for their own treatment.) So far.
