When I checked my email the other night, there was a sale notification from Lamas - their skincare system was on sale fo $69 US. Regularly $95 - I've been wanting to try their lip product, and have been using their Lash Masque, so I ordered it (and the lip product)- it looks orange and citrusy, but I can't remember all the products names but I think they all say "night" or something.
I know we've chatted about the Lash Masque, and I think its carekate who likes the lip product, but has anyone used their skincare line with good results?
Don't ask me why I tried this, as I am fine w/ my skincare regimen. I just can't stay faithful!!! How I've been married for 14 years and have had no torrid affairs is beyond me!! (ha ha!)
Actually, I finally realized that my Yonka cream cleanser was causing little breakouts. I'm pretty sure I'm a gel cleanser kind of girl, even though my skin is more dry than oily. I think it wasn't getting my skin clean enough....Got little blackheads on chin and nose...switched to gel, and they look like they are on their way out. Of course I have a big pre-period-pimple right on the side of my nose today, which I affectioaately named Bob. Oncoming cars were blinded by it.

I swear I'm the same way! I keep "slutting" around with new products when what I already have is working well. I'm really going to try and stick with my current routine though, because my blackheads are almost non-existent and my skin is looking great. AHA's are my new best friend. It was funny to see those blackheads surfacing and just popping out with ease. It's like they were jumping ship! I hope it isn't like everything else and works for awhile then stops. Of course, an Alphaderma CE sample pack is on the way. :)Here we go again!

Hi Maria,
I tried the Night Radiance Lip treatment by Lamas. It is OK. It did not make my lips fuller but gives a nice natural tint of color to the lips. I would not buy it again. As far as lip balm I like the Body Deli's now. For my lip treatment I am sticking to and loving Sothy's. Oh, and still taking HA capsules (more for my ankle pain then my lips).
Perhaps it will do wonders for you. As much as I love the Sothy's, now I find Carrie does not care for it. I really feel bad as I highly recommended it to her.  We all are so different. Anyway, for me it was just an OK product.
Don't feel too bad Maria. We all are spenders when it comes to skincare.  |
