I was wondering if Dermol the "antimicrobial emollient" is worth putting on my face where the spots were?
i had a bad reaction to using oats to wash my face for a week :\ (i had a little redness from previous spots so i started doing a was with oats. at first it helped but then even more spots started forming so i stopped).
there are light red bits and dark parts left over. usually id just ride it out but i have a big event on tuesday so saying im upset over this is an understatement
i was thinking of trying to steam my face and gently massage it to get circulation going.
after that, im not sure. i was going to maybe use lemon juice+sugar to exfoliate and lighten my skin.
i have bio-oil and mild to potent steroid creams as well as protopic. but im not sure if i should use them.
i also usually take anti-histamines but im not sure if i should keep taking them either given their purpose. would they hinder the healing process or accelerate it? |
