Is anyone here practicing facial exercises by Benita Cantieni? She calls them Faceforming.
Her Faceforming program is very popular in Europe. If you do this program, could you please tell me your experience.
Thank you. |

Hi doba, I live in Europe, Spain, haven't heard about her. I've been checking out through google search that she seems to have a lot of body exercises, can't check out about facial exercises as when I try I'm told the English web is still under construction... and the main web is Dutch.. so not much help here, sorry!
But would like to know! |

As far as I know the Cantieni Programmes are only available in German. If you speak German check the reviews on amazon.de.
From what I read the method is effective but very difficult to learn on your own. |

I read excellent reviews of it on Russian sites, but could not find a good English or Russian version of the book/program. Doba - have you found one? |

Yes, I did. I downloaded it in Russian. I also have some of it in Microsoft Word document, also in Russian. It is very popular in Russia and I think in Switzerland. I copied it to the Word document and used their link to download it from here:

Doba, are you following it? It is a shame, I haven't downloaded the book as I don't understand Russian, but many thanks for the link anyway, I managed to read a bit of the opinions with a translator and sounds very interesting; any idea if there will be an English version?
TIA. |

ATester, I am not really following it now but I am considering it. I am only doing the ear exercises/movements.
Mint, thanks for the link! It really helps since I find it difficult to understand just by reading. |

Hey
I downloaded the book from the russian site and from what I can tell it looks great and looks like just what I need for my droopy forehead.
Does anyone have any suggestions how I go about translating it in to english though... Its a pdf and it doesnt allow me to copy so I cant copy and paste in to google translate. Its also too big a file to try and upload directly...hmmmm |

Has anyone kept doing it? Doba, Sigma?
I've being watching the video again, can't understand what is said... I get the impression it is more like an accupressure kind of exercise, except the last ones for around the eyes? As I don't understand the language not sure if maybe the fact is that you may have to tense the muscles and then go ahead with pressure points...
In any case, I started to apply accupressure points with my fingers as in the video in certain points and I liked the results, this was maybe about a year ago when I bought two diferent programmes about it, it is quite amazing how just applying pressure in the correct places can really activate a face! I've got very keen on using my knuckles too. |

Yes, I do Faceforming since I have done the seminar in Switzerland in Zurich. I am a Cantienica Instructor and live in Luxembourg and Florida. The method is very good for the whole body especially the deeper muscles so it strengthens the core and that has a good influence also of how you look and walk and feel. If you have a good posture you feel better and look happier. The FaceForming is to strengthen the muscles in the face to give you a natural facelifting over time. Of course it is work to learn the method and you should learn it with a trainer ... just out of the books is much harder and of course the books are in German, there is some info in French, almost nothing in English.
So take care Doanna |
