| Is retinol effective during the day? I use PTR Retinol Fusion AM with spf 30 and I was wondering if the retinol would degrade in sunlight. I tried using the PM version but the dimethicone in the serum broke me out. It claims that the antioxidants a&c are supposed to stabilize the retinol, I'm confused. |
