Hello everyone...

I'm a 28 year old female about to turn 29. Since I was 11 I've had stretchmarks across my back that only worsened with age. They're not really visible, but they are very very much feelable as deep furrows that run from between my shoulder blades down to my tail bone. When I run my finger down my back, it feels like running it down a washboard. Because of this I've stayed a virgin my entire life because I can't stand the thought of a man touching me, or trying to rub my back and feeling the furrows.

I don't want to stay this way all my life, so I'm desperate for something that might help me feel better about myself. I want a real physical improvement, and so far the only product I've read that seems to help with smoothing the feel of stretchmarked skin is Trilastin-SR. Has anyone used this and experienced success?

I'm looking for REAL HONEST reviews. I am not interested in your experience if you have not used the product for 3 months. I do not want to hear how you've "been on the product for 2 weeks and it seems promising!" I want LEGITIMATE actual true information about whether or not this product can help improve the physical feel of stretchmarked skin. Please! I'm desperate. Sad

Thank you.

Sorry to read how this is affecting you. Sad Have you consulted a dermatologist to ensure your skin is scarring and healing in the normal way?

There's a massive EDS thread on dermarolling and stretch marks (see link below). I think that some EDS women have gotten results with dermarolling.

I wanted to weigh in on your questions about the effectiveness of using TriLastin SR. Full disclosure here... I own a site that sells products from EC Research. I am not trying to solicit any business here. Just the truththe reason sell it is because it really works well, but not right away. It depends on the severity of your stretch marks. The best thing about giving TriLastin a try is that EC Research is an American company. The product is made right here in Pa. so they really stand behind all of their skin care and extend a 60 day risk free guarantee. I am 55 years old and have old marks from having 3 kids. Be patient and stick with it. In all truth, you have to eat right, stay well hydrated and try not to gain any more weight. I feel your pain! Stretch Marks are ugly and make me feel so self conscious. Here is the up side to this. over 95% of people have them, even men. Your not alone. Razz
