Hi all. I asked this question in another topic a few days ago but wanted to try again to get a wider range of options to choose from.
I've been trying to reduce the purple discolouration under my eyes for a couple of years now, with only a slight improvement. When I've looked around online one of the main options that keeps coming up is to just simply conceal them.
Being a guy I was very reluctant to do this but I realised that covering them up would have a dramatic effect on my appearance. It's kinda strange how most people find that their dark circles increase the longer they stay awake but mine are the opposite. When I wake up in the morning they are awful - very purple, and the colour seems to fade over the course of the day, until they are noticeably improved by the evening, although they are still very much there.
So ideally I am looking for a concealer that can:
1. Cover up very dark circles
2. Is quite durable (eg some water resistance maybe? I'm not sure this is possible)
3. Is one product, so it's straightforward and quick to apply.

Clinique do one in the men's line which is in stick form, slightly creamy and quite effective.
Yves Saint Laurent's Touché Éclat is also excellent, not just at concealing but also brightening. They do them in both mens and women's, the main difference being the available shades and the women's having a little more shimmer.
