To say am pissed off is an understatement! I been trying to place and order with all day chemist for over a week now! I know that they had card issues so i when and got a virtual pre paid card from entropay i have tried to put the order through and it keeps coming back declined. I messaged the card people they said that the has been no attempt for a payment to be taken from their side so it must be getting stopped from the chemist side. Today I got an email from all day chemist saying the following:
As per the recent telephonic conversation.
Please note that the transaction of your order has been declined.
Your card didn't pass the fraud check thus we can't process it. You are suggested to send us a Check/ Money order (avail $5 rebate on check/ money order payments only) to:
DERRIC WOOD
12/13 SHAKTI NAGAR
DELHI - 110007
INDIA
Please make the same payable in the name of our company DERRIC WOOD.

This in its self has worried me that the company is called DERRIC WOOD AND IT WAS signed by Eric, any ways can anyone give me any impute on what I can do? Is it all day chemist or entropay the problem?

| I think you should try calling or contacting adc for clarification (don't reply to that e-mail, send a new one to the e-mail contact on the site). In my experience (and from what I've seen, a lot of people here on eds), they've been nothing but prompt, clear and courteous. |

| I hope this isn't a dumb suggestion, but have you cleared your cookies on your computer? Sometimes if you accidentally entered a number incorrectly, or if there was a glitch that made your card not go through, the website might still be seeing the same info as before so clear your cookies and then give it another shot if you don't want to try the other suggested site. |
