I'm still looking for my D.I.P. I've tried so much stuff, I nearly always give up before I get to the bottom of the jar. There's nothing I have found that makes me say, I can't live without that
So my question tonight girls (and boys!) is what product cant you live without, and why is it good for you? Of course if something seems to be popular, I will just have to give it a try |

Ive only been using it a few weeks but id have to say (at this moment in time ) it would have to be Dr. Brandt's Microdermabrasion in a Jar.
Eveyrone on makeupalley and skinstore.com wsa raving, and so many websites had sold out of it I had to find out what the fuss was all about. I now have - beautiful, clear skin! I was lucky enough to get mine on ebay for only $55, but it normally retails at $75.
Give it a go!

Guess if I were on a desert island and could only bring one product I would have to bring Jan Marini Skin Research Antioxidant Daily Face Protectant SPF 30. What good with all my other antiaging products do if I didn't protect my skin from the sun. I would use a cheaper SPF on my old body.
I have been using this SPF for years and absolutely love it!!! Usually I only wear a SPF of 15 but that wouldn't be enough for a desert island......Oh, maybe I would bring a total block. |

Cindi,
Of course that is my daily routine ADCE plus the above. When thinking of a desert island I have to be sensible at my age. |

I agree, but I'm not a sun worshipper - probably cause we never get any here!!
Whats ADCE? How long after using the JB should I see some results....... I havent got major lines and what Ihave is underneath the eye. I must add, Im a poor sleeper so I may just have to live with what Ive got |

ADCE stands for AlphaDerma CE. Cindi I noticed results immediately. By that I mean the tone and texture of my skin. As far as the results you are longing for, within a few weeks I hope to hear you report that your eye area is improving. As the months go by you will be receiving cumulative results. Lucky you not having many lines....AlphaDerma line should help prevent the lines and wrinkles. Somehow they have a way of creeping up on us.

Its good to read everyone's response but you are all thinking on the practical side. The idea behind the question is what is the one product you couldnt live without, regardless of where you are really. You can be stuck on a desert island but forget its hot and you need sunblock etc...... What's your favourite product you'd kill for (well, not literally..) |

Suitcases are not allowed on desert islands Mabsy, there must be one. Some people would say its a mascara or a lipstick...... Like I say, I havent come across a beauty product I've yet to die for, but Im sure EDS will cure that for me. |

Well, I'm heading over there with a small backpack at least! Seriously, I really can't pick just one! Dr Hauschka cleansing cream would come close but I see other products running up and trying to trip it out of contention |

Im searching for a cleanser, I asked Winnie what does she think, as Im about to use the JB products. I prefer a cleanser with water to cleanse and tone with cotton wool. Can you recommend this one then |

This one is different in that you can't use it to take off makeup. You essentially use it on a clean face and it gently exfoliates and sucks out impurities from the pores. The consistency of it is like a paste - actually it's based on almond meal and some natural oils so you can imagine what it's like. You do rinse it off with water though after you have pressed and massaged this into the skin. |

So its more of a treament then, maybe a few times a week or when needed. I like the sound of "sucking out impurities". If only they would stay out. |

I must admit, lip balm I use every day. Currently using a Reviva vitamin E stick which is good, but Gale Hayman's lip lift has to be my favourite. I've not tried many however so am sure for yours to get a beating heart, it must be fab! |

Sorry Cindi if I missed something. The JB products I can recommend for cleansing are the Organic Cleansing Milk and Toner. The cleansing milk is a very light gel/cream. Although it doesn's foam up it totally takes off makeup and your skin is left feeling clean with no residue. The toner is lovely. In the past I never used a toner before but now that I have started I won't go back. The Organic Toner takes off any residue that MIGHT be left on your skin. I actually spray it right on my face and wipe with a dry face cloth. Both the cleanser and toner can be used by all skin types. I love the Renewed Radiance Exfoliant. Another thread was started on the exfoliant in Product Reviews. Can't say enough about the RRE!!! |
