Hi Tracey,
Here are a few suggestions. I don't know how well they work or if they even work at all, because I haven't tried any of them myself. However, it some people on other forums have been satisfied with them.
1. The Jean Wu Method
2. Skin brushing
3. Dermarolling (Check out this epic thread on Dermarolling: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=33739)
4. Creams (check out this link that I found on a skin care forum for a comprehensive link of stretch mark creams: http://www.skincaretalk.com/t/32080/comprehensive-list-of-stretch-mark-products )
5. Cellex-C
6. Laser surgery
Above all, remember that stretch marks usually fade considerably on their own, although they seldom disappear completely. Make sure to keep your skin hydrated, drink plenty of fluids, eat nutriously, and moisturize your skin often. |
