Hi, I placed an order with All Day Chem a couple months ago to see if they were legit and thankfully they are.
My wife wants me to order Retin A from them, but I am all of a sudden having trouble! Suddenly my card is being denied.
The first time I ordered, I used an online vanilla visa. This last time I couldn't find an online vanilla visa, just regular vanilla visas that you can add online functionality to it. The card is fine. I know this because I used it to make sure it would work. After days of trying to get it to work, I tried my debit card from one of my extra bank accounts (can't be too safe) and even THAT card was denied.
Is anyone else having trouble with ADC? Also, where else can I get the retinol with approximate pricing?
Thanks. |

Welcome! ADC don't accept all payment methods, you might be beost asking ADC to explain which they can accommodate and which they cannot. Or read this thread.

You might try what I did with my last order and call their toll free number, It really simplified things as I had an issue checking out online. They are more than happy to help.

Hi - I've not used ADC but I've just placed an order this morning for some Renova cream (like Retin-A just more moistursing - I think they do standard Retin-A too) from Medsmex with my Visa card and all was fine. I've used them before without any problems too. |

Did you order the generic renova from medmex? I just received mine from them yesterday and i think it is just Retin A. I will try it tonight as see what i think about it. The non generic is actually renova made by Galderma. I use to get that from medmex as the generic renova a few years back. |

This is what was on my order - Renova Retacnyl Cream 0.025% 30 grs.(tretinoina). It's the same one I ordered before and that was the non-generic Galderma one - so hopefully it'll be the same again. |

Yes that is the non generic one so you should be fine but i ordered the generic which was much cheaper hoping it would be made by Galderma. |

I just ordered from MedsMex too, but can't remember if I ordered the generic or the regular. I guess I'll see what shows up!
I have preferred their renova offerings over the ones I got from ADC in the past though. |

Well the generic version only comes in .05 and is about $11 a tube and the non generic is around $24-$27 a tube. |

Thanks...I went back and looked, and I ordered the non-generic version. I hope I like the Galderma...they used to sell it as made by janssen-cilag, and I liked that better than what I had received from ADC (whatever that was!). |

ADC doesn't sell Renova just Retin A. The Galderma made Renova I used to buy from Medsmex was the best i have ever used. I will order it again once I use up what i have and yes it is better than anything sold by ADC at least for those of us with sensitive skin. |
