I suggest that don't be too long outside especially at 10am-4pm because the sun is extremely very hot.Dark clothing with dyes added that help absorb UV radiation,so choose clothes that has a light colors,use lotion that has a higher spf,maybe SPF 30 will do,i think there are already a SPF 60 and SPF 90.

Go outside with an umbrella.Use sunscreen. Shiseido anessa Perfect UV Screen SPF50+/PA+++ |
