I've always had schlerotherapy and was satisfied. My derm said she could do laser for the same price. I didn't think to ask if I'd have to wear compression stockings for 48 hrs as I did with schlero. Is there an advantage or disadvantage with either? Does one last longer than the other? |

For the legs, schlerotherapy is still considered the gold standard of treatment. Until you fix the underlying veins (the one's you dont see) that are leaking and causing the spider veins either treatment will be a temporary fix. You need to see a venous dr for an evaluation for that. |
