Hello,I bought a facial lotion for adding volume on the cheeks.Is it safe to use on face?Here are the ingredients:
Full Ingredient Listing: Hydrogenated polyisobutene (and) Anemarrhenae asphodeloides extract (Volufiline), Sinorhzobium Meliloti Ferment (and) Ceryl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (and) Lecithin (Subliskin), Matrixyl Synthe 6, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E Tocopherols, Water, Rosewater, Glycerine, Seabuckthorne Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Borage Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Esters, Isodecyl Neopentanoate C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Sodium Benzoate and Gluconolactone

I don't know what the first few ingredients are (the rest are fine and rather standard for a moisturizer) but no topical lotion will add volume to your face. |

This product is being sold in the UK and is therefore subject to EU regulations on safety and efficacy (claims). IMO ask the vendor for details of studies on the actives which have been published in reputable peer reviewed journals. Searching PubMed for Volufiline and Subliskin drew a blank. Searches on the plant extracts
